About Us: |
b4bid.com is a Lahore based start-up, taking two well-established Silicon Valley business models of auctioning and
social networking and merging them together to serve the Pakistani internet users by giving them a secure and stable
auctioning platform and an exciting social network. Our team currently consists of the following members:
Yousaf Arif AKA the Godzilla |
The big guy who loves food and solving problems. Usually found staring at the screen all day trying to work out one
bug after the other with utter disregard to other people’s requests for attention or the time. Can go on all day
without food or water if need be. Loves to play Counter Strike like the rest of us, although we usually don't agree
with his game plans, which involve a lot of grenade throwing as opposed to actual Kills. |

Kevin Chu AKA the Dew |
Perhaps very distantly related to the famous designer, "Jimmy Choo", Kevin brings glamour to our company. Between his
frequent stints of drinking Mountain Dew and subsequent visits to the loo, he pretends to work very hard in
front of a computer, and usually gets the job done. An accomplished Counter Strike player and a valuable asset to the b4bid
team.
Waqas Qureshi AKA the Last Resort
Whenever the b4bid team gets stuck, and we usually do every day, Waqas Qureshi is the big gun we call. And if he is
not criticizing the government or protesting human rights violations in Pakistan, he works part time to solve all
our stupid problems and obvious mistakes. Truly our knight in shining armour.
Ahmed Sadozai AKA the Man with The Plan
The founder of b4bid is Donald Trump and Vince McMahon rolled into one. Says he wants to change the world and
do good for humanity but everybody knows he just wants to make a ton of money and retire on a 90-foot yacht in the
Mediterranean, ideally by the age of 30. Keeps on trying to live the American dream despite a lot of rude financial
awakenings in the past. He started of the b4bid.com project in mid-2006 (poor guy) and has been struggling ever since.
So if we are not killing each other at Counter Strike or kicking the daylights out of each other at Tekken all day,
we work really hard to give Pakistanis a safe and stable auctioning platform and pride ourselves to be the pioneers
of the first online auction community in the country. If you still encounter bugs or errors, rest assured that we will
get rid of them as soon as possible.
